Conclusion

 If you could for just a minute put your self in my shoes please just imagine this for a second, then at the end remember what im left with now nothing. (Somewhat of a repeat but my hope in humanity is greatly hurt so Im just praying someone out their still cares about our belief system in Justice)

Above has the Case in Cincinnati now on it, I working on it,. 

 Having a amazing great woman, (Or man) a home with a family,  a decent business and having life decently well off after working hard to fix the wreck the cops left your life in.

(It is clear to me that my brain can only process a happiness within a reality of loving a woman and my child in a home we have together, its been my only desire since a child and single handedly got me through most this mess.

 By definition and good resources.

 I was injured, tortured and intimidated out of medical beyond much more then im sure at first one could imagine on the subject of such acts that come to mind but for now mostly from speaking of it however I have hard evidence of it.(Not to mention being placed in a chair strapped in for having a head injury begging for medical with tons of clear evidence of a serious injury and that a normal human would find serious urgent need for a real doctor or hospital I received none and was beaten and laughed)

 PROOF IS OVERWHELMING why should you care..? it could directly affect you what happens when the Jail runs out of criminals your kids become targets because their worth more if you dont care you could become a victim of injustice. As the old saying goes dont fix it if it isnt broke.

 I just really want to add that the people in that Jail they where not like hardcore criminals or real strung out people they seemed almost like normal people who hit a few ruff spots in life and broke some basic rules only to be treated like animals of a less life form causing them to be more criminal. How do you account for a man who has no real criminal offense and has a hospital confirmed physical medical condition whom is begging for a hospital and you tie him up in a chair for him to scream till he passes out from anxiety over and over, then beat his head into the floor so you dont have to listen to him and deal with where is the moral standard in that.

Scenario, Your friend calls the SPCA on their neighbor because the neighbor beats their dog brutally while its chained up in 10 below degrees weather in front of everyone and all this for getting into the trash in the house after they been starving the dog for weeks who brags about it to the neighbors so who is wrong here...?????? The neighbors who call or the man who was beating their dog? their answer is The neighbors who calls RIGHT how dare that dog cost that owner money!!!!!!! Now think about the falsity of my charge and even without I was chained up and beaten and it all makes sense to save money right? for the owner, this makes perfect sense hence the line The Neighbors who calls is wrong (being the Judge view) you see how ass backwards the thinking is now lets take it up a notch im NOT A DOG and the police are not my owner IM A HUMAN BEING with god given rights to health, life and the pursuit of happiness! No matter how you look at it the content of the event is WRONG with no justification for the events so blunt anyone can see.  (Add more to morals, natural virtue and wisdom so as to raise the viewers understanding)

FROM HERE ON ITS SORTA A RANT, I am working on it I promise. But keep reading cause it has important information in it.

I have evidence and I will surly post it to expose this by events as everything happened as this blog is mostly a attempt to gain support because now whats happening is in some ways worse then the jail I have permanent injury's and cant even get justice like Physical Injury not just oh im mentally distressed and yet their still hiding even the case from the public and have been they even intimidated the church I go to from giving me any financial support but see I didnt ask for funds I asked for help with fruits and such for my stomach since the TBI caused injury to in a digestive and a battery's for my electric chair to get to church ON nothing ELSE and I pushed it no further only kindness from the heart can I except. (the injury to the head cause my motor skills to be messed up causing my legs to give out the church even when I provided medical proof they lied and said they had no fund for helping handicap people get medical supply not in exact words but direct as Had No Fund for (the Content of email providing battery to me despite my condition with basic medical reports I was very respectful in asking I believe people should have their own you know not just given to them and so of course it was a lie) I have the email and it makes sense if I cant talk to anyone, I have no financial support but very limited and with no way for transportation they can contain their crimes and prevent me from paying for the basic things I need to fight back and just think if its spread to the church, hospitals, courts that same mentality from that jail where else is it to prevent be from talking about what happen because it really is just the bad, kinda like how they tried to over drug me so I would be docile when in truth I just have PTSD from the events and as one doctor said NO thats the worse thing for a Head injury at least their are some good people in this world) wait until you see the courts and how far they went you will see this is the generation that must change how the system works or we are all going to be chained outside starving being beaten by someone who just bought us and we have no say so in the matter and when we do they control the situation slowly turning it to make us lemmings. (In short its a hamster like animal that follow the leader of a cliff to mass suicide hence they dont think for themselves if the world becomes a lemming habitat what will the intellect mind become.)

Taking more time then normal because of the injury's so due forgive me if I post weekly.

 To explain why im writing this, so I take it to court right, the court wont even send the summons out but one, the court wont even provide me my paperwork, refusing me discovery refusing tolling and even my basic rights in the court and sent me a letter telling me this so its a sick cover up thats about to shake this city's walls. (Its one of those story's that has to be told to bring the change that's truly needed)

To whom it concerns if you think im scared to put it out there (And you know how much I got) consider this that you took everything from me my son my girl, my family my business and everything I worked for in life for your financial gain and everything I cared for so why would I be scared to lose my life in a balance of good and evil (Greed can only be classed as evil) and as it seems my soul as the scales you best believe im choose good every time its the only thing I care for left. (Note how everything I say is backed with enough to base it on a fact and it took me two months just put this much I need the people to help me speed it up the first post to public eyes is around 2/29/2020)

 I know it seems like a rant but im working on it.


I just wanted to add this here to explain the cover up a little more, I edited My Name and My DOB because of the Harassment I am going out on a limb here posting this much but notice it says LATE EFFECT it wasnt that it was Late it was the COPS that covered it up for a whole Year and I have tons of evidence of it.

                                Your diagnoses were: Cognitive  Deficit as late effect of traumatic brain Injury (CMS DX) Lack of Coordination, poor balance, vision impairment.

There is more, it effected my discharge of urine and ability to walk, has my blood levels up and down its crazy how the brain from several hits can cause so much injury.

I have permanent disk damage to my back also not to mention its hard for me to retain what people are saying as they say it.

All while the people who cause this go free without any sort of accountability because the system is covering it. Now im financially straining to support the costs of trying to move forward in the case even know from the wrongful incarceration alone its something like 500k but I cant get it if im drained energy wise from someone who needs triple time to understand and learn everything and has no money to move forward with supply's and resources and their expensive believe me let alone have to fight every judge in the city just to be allowed to face the people who injured me.

Here is the conclusion as of now, Its no fun when the Rabbit has the Gun, and I just so happen to be the rabbit, not forreal gun, but I am in the right with tons of evidence.

     Directly after the fall down the stairs, but this isnt the first head injury there.


 This is what the report says above the day after the third injury all right to the head, notice how short the report is and notice its mental health NOT physical health and how short it is almost as if the writer said oh man this guy is messed up but couldn't do anything about it. , the line says DOES NOT REMEMBER IT HAPPENING, wait what?  (I fell from the top of a Steel staircase and spent the night in the hospital and dont remember it ah head injury symptoms here, (The hospital refuses to even speak to me and the when I took it to the court they threw it out days before my time to respond to it illegally tons of proof) with some common sense we can see where this is going right...

This is what the hospital handed the Butler Jail staff when I left, I had 80% of the symptoms below. Also then have on top of that I was completely hallucinating like full tears type begging for help, they moved me cells to get me away from the noise, so confused from the injury and they still denied me medical, and after screaming for a doctor in total fear a cop came in and slam my head into the floor repetitively and said something like now shut up im trying to work, I got nothing but facts, and evidence but get this the Judge denied my statue tolling and committed fraud on several parts despite all my medical proof and I was found incompetent after the injury. WOW right. Hold on to your seat its get worse.

NOTE I have reports of Confused, Dizziness or vertigo, memory, fatigue, irritability, Somewhat Bright lights and loud noises, Anxiety but I had it before also, and of course headaches but its hidden.

    So this is after butler county took me to the hospital and new of the head Injury, before the officer slammed my head into the floor repetitively because he was sick of me begging for a doctor,  that's after they moved me up front because I was Hallucinating from the head injury, note that im not seeing things like on acid of some sort, but just mumbling sounds, flashes and as if the walls were breathing the affects of a serious the head injury not to mention this is BEFORE the last two hits.

This is nothing compared to what I have to show.



 I tried covering up my information here but in truth its going to come out, however look at the day after the fall (this is after the edited report that shows I dont even remember falling or the hospital) ok im on Suicide watch right and this is her report because of the fall and serious medical issues, notice how short it is but look it says was in medical due to SXS of panic and bad reaction to ability. Client reports shortly after he fell down the stairs. Client reports (WAIT go back are we missing something here? try a lot I cant believe at this time this lady was this crappy at her job or didn't care I mean just the other day I didn't even remember it happening no-one in their right mind is going to just flat out not take notes of symptoms from a serious medical incident when its their job or the opposite) not to mention someone who the hospital sent paper work on telling them of a head injury and who made referral for MEDICAL top left hand corner I believe its her making a medical referral since not many other reports show that, can we say BUSTED!

    So months after I was found incompetent by two doctors, several attorneys and a Judge all said that medically I was not ok and I was not able to comprehend basic concepts this is from the injury to the head but HOWEVER they denied my medical request from their own doctor to be seen about my head, its wrote up differently but its clear what was going on.  You wont hear nothing but FACTS from me, I been taking hits left and right and im still going forward like either the most stubborn dumbest man in the world or someone who cares about whats happened to our city from a new outside danger.
