The sickest events of our city

Butler County Jail, (Note I have a TBI and its hard for me to do this so just the bare facts here and short content of the basics)


Nothing but facts evidence and character that will speak volumes of the society we live in daily, and never notice, and so every day I thank god that im morally strong. Doing this needless to say is risking alot but I will to give it to the people to judge and learn of it.

I was on probation for being in a car were drugs were found inside the car, that where not mine, and so I took it to trial as I had no clue of the contraband being there, since the driver had some warrant for non payment of a seat belt ticket (I think) and after being violated and searched I was found to have nothing on me my crime was it being late (Getting of work) and also it seems a decent amount of money that I had a pay stub for in my wallet, without any warrants and so Legally i am allowed to leave at this point since their towing the car anyway and it was being hooked up at that second, as I was starting to leave I stop and I say look im leaving this has nothing to do with me no warrants no problems I even had all my stuff back at this point, then all the sudden I go to leave he slams me into the car cuffs me, and then searches the car again and magically finds a bag with dust in it, THAT WAS NOT THERE before on the first search. (But now since I did the request of the trial I found how bad I got screwed despite knowing how I got railroaded) a example of this is the owner of the car told the cops, judges and prosecuter and tryed to tell the jury even at risk of her being charged with it.

I am placed on probation for three years, no failed drug test, I moved on forward in my life and achieved a amazing fiancee that we owned a condo in mason, I am doing good with my business and remodeling it spending every hour of the day on working, I had monthly appointments with the P.O officer and when I arrived he informs me of the new NON REPORTING PROBATION since all fines were paid and so I sign it and I leave.

Two months down the road I just purchased a new bike and was arrested on it, on it on my street for not reporting in, the cop claim I did not use turn signal. Weeks go by and the P.O comes and sees me in JAIL no bond nothing and tells me that while he did call me the day before I was arrested (Hence that means he filed the warrant that day and records I have hint to this) and I was told it was a mix up of sort and there would be no problem.....

This is all wrong though, im shoved into this room slammed full of the same probation officers probates all complaining of similar things as mine, I get 45 days on a probation violation as we all do. (Note that now since I been violated I restart my probation totally AND I have all new fines to pay to the county)

BIG JAIL GOT TO PAY THE BILLS RIGHT!(Reason I am telling you this, it will start to add up later)

Having always anxiety however I had recently suffered some losses of family members but I medication for it however it was light meds getting my body ready for the right tolerance (I use to be on stronger meds for it)

  I entered the jail I have this bad seizure like paralyzed type not shaking type I could not even move for hours no meds are working and so im rushed to the hospital and a day later I am informing them hey I need a replacement med for the one removed, and I need to stay on my doctors orders to move up on the meds, since my doctor had it scheduled close to that day. I provided them his number and contact info.

Important to note here is I have a TBI and my memory isnt the best.

From the document request recently made it shows me asking several times and then I just stop for about a week and a half note worthy is it seemed like they cared a little but procedure stopped them (Doctor cost to much in relation to how much the county got for someone who had only 45 days so just know anyone who has not committed a larger rule violation gets no medical care in Jail Sarcastically speaking),

After about two weeks I end up having some anxiety attacks heart rate through the roof, I end up having another and fall hitting my head knocking me out, and leaving a huge mark on my head, so they send me to a more like direct medical pod right no showers nothing so finally I get a shower after 5-6 days but its out of the pod and upstairs now I had been complaining that I was dizzy before this, I had several times fallen over and head hurting seen by medical and as stated they said dont stand up to fast such awesome medical advice, ok so I end up falling down this huge flight of stairs on the way down from the shower, but I end up falling forward and tried to catch my self falling backwards onto diamond plate metal flight of stairs and landed at the bottom of it.

Just to add some basic stuff here to confirm previous Law statements

Constructive Possession (If they could of ever)

1. That you knew the drugs were there;
2. That you had “dominion and control” over them; and
3. That you knew the drugs were illegal. (See Williams v. State, 573 So. 2d 124 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1991.)
